And with the advantage of being a brand new facility, McGivney will be structured to support the latest technology. For instance, it is feasible that students will be equipped with laptops in place of text books, and workstations instead of traditional desks. These features will allow for an affordable, high-tech, interactive educational experience.

A qualified Curriculum Committee developed a suggested course catalog, as well as a recommended year-by-year class scope and sequence. With the selection of McGivney's first principal as soon as Spring 2010, and other faculty and staff soon to follow, curriculum will be finalized well in advance of school opening in 2011.
